We developed, designed and currently manage a customer loyalty platform and ongoing marketing communications for Straight Talk Wireless, a prepaid mobile service provider owned by TracFone Wireless, exclusively provided by Walmart.
Built on Augeo’s proprietary loyalty platform, we designed the user experience to align with Straight Talk’s uniquely specific demographic to maximum ease of navigation and absorption of content. This helped differentiate their loyalty platform among direct competitors as well as the Big Four postpaid wireless carriers.
